Are my unused credits lost at the end of the year?

If you stay subscribed the following year, all your unused credits are automatically carried over to the new period. You do not lose any credits as long as you keep your subscription active, with no time limit.

💡 Example: if you took out a 25-project subscription and used 18 of them during the year, your 7 remaining credits are added to the credits of your new subscription as soon as it renews. Switching to a larger or smaller plan at renewal? The carry-over works in the same way.

If I do not renew my subscription

The remaining credits from that subscription are removed from your account on its end date. Applications already generated remain accessible.

Credits bought individually

Credits bought individually (€39 excl. VAT per project) are never removed from your account. They remain usable with no time limit, whether or not you have a subscription.

💡 Mixed case: you buy 3 credits individually, then take out a 10-project subscription that you do not use and do not renew. The 10 subscription credits are removed on the end date, while the 3 credits bought individually stay on your account.

If I change plan during the year

The calculation is pro rata to the time elapsed, for both the price and the credits. The details and a worked example are in the FAQ on the pricing page.
