No. Airplan is designed for architecture professionals. Private individuals who want to check whether a project is feasible are directed to monpermis.airplan.be or wallonie.airplan.be, services designed for them.
What data does Airplan use?
Airplan uses the official WalOnMap data retrieved from the cadastral reference, along with the client and architect details entered just once. More than 100 data layers are checked automatically for each permit to limit omissions.
Do I need to install software to use Airplan?
No. Airplan is a web application: it runs directly in your browser, with nothing to install or update. You create an account and can start a free trial project straight away.
How much does Airplan cost?
Airplan offers a free trial project, with no credit card, followed by plans suited to your volume of permit applications. Prices are shown excluding VAT on the Pricing page; unlimited plots are included in every paid plan.
Does Airplan cover the whole of Wallonia?
Yes. Airplan relies on WalOnMap regional data, which covers the entire Walloon territory. The software is used by architecture firms and municipalities throughout Wallonia.
