The cadastral extract from FPS Finance shows, among other things, the cadastral nature (property type) and the area of the plot, both of which are asked for in permit forms. This video guide shows the process in MyMinfin, from logging in to downloading the PDF.
The online process
- Log in to MyMinfin with your eID, itsme® or another secure means of identification.
- Open the “Mon habitation et mes biens immobiliers” (my home and my real estate) tab, then “Demander un extrait cadastral” (request a cadastral extract).
- Identify the plot (from the list of your properties, by cadastral reference or by address) and follow the steps. Payment is made by Bancontact.
Most extracts are available within 48 hours of payment, in “Mes documents” (my documents).
How much does it cost?
| Extract | Online | On paper |
|---|---|---|
| Your own properties | Free | €20 |
| A third party’s properties (for example your client’s) | €5 | €20 |
