The Airplan feasibility study lets you quickly assess a site’s potential before you start the permit application.

What is a feasibility study?

It is a preliminary analysis that brings together the planning, environmental and regulatory constraints on a plot, based on official WalOnMap data.

How do I create a study?

  1. In the Workspace sidebar, click “Nouvelle étude” (new study).
  2. Enter the name of the study and the contact person.
  3. Enter the address, select the plots and define the proximity zone.
  4. Airplan collects the data and generates the study, which you can download.

Your studies are listed under “Études” (studies).

You can also get a study from a project: on the “Documents à générer” (documents to generate) screen, tick “Étude de faisabilité” (feasibility study) among the additional documents.

What next?

Once the project is confirmed, click “Convertir en projet” (convert to project): you keep all the data collected. The conversion uses up one project, and the study can no longer be edited afterwards. A study you no longer need can be deleted with “Supprimer l’étude” (delete study).

Information included

  • Zone in the sector plan (plan de secteur)
  • Planning requirements
  • Protected areas (Natura 2000, flooding, etc.)
  • Cadastral data

💡 With a subscription, feasibility studies are unlimited. When you buy projects individually, one study is included per project.
